You must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving your product via email to attaching photos of the item to be returned and we will give you an answer within 2 to 5 business days.

Changes must be made within 5 business days after we have contacted the customer.

It is important that the products come in their original packaging; as well as the product the state in which it was received.


There are no changes in products that are defective or that have been used.


Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so the customer must cover the shipping costs.
