Returns will be made through credit in our store. The response time for returns is 3 to 7 business days.

In case of applying for an exchange or refund, it will be necessary to receive the product to be returned in our warehouse within a period not exceeding 5 days after receipt.

 

The item must be in perfect condition in order to make the exchange or refund.

 

In Four legs boutique we are not responsible in case of loss of the product due to the responsibility of the carrier, being  the case, the client will bear said responsibility to follow up with the parcel for resolution.
