The time to prepare and send your order is from 3 to 5 business days. Once our shipping carrier has been handed the parcel, another 7 business days will be added.

The shipping service is independent of us.

We ask that you visit the shipping company's website to see the status of your shipment. The shipping cost is $99.00 pesos in México.

If you purchase 4 or more items you can choose another item for free except for pet carriers.

We only use previously approved carriers, however, we are not responsible for theft or loss.

Shipping to  Remote or difficult-to-access areas: Parcel companies identify as remote areas those areas in which coverage is limited or difficult to access and there is a surcharge on the shipping rate. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and it is not possible to calculate it at the time of making your purchase, so if your address is identified as a remote area, we will send you an email to request either a change of address or payment for the difference for delivery in a remote area. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

International shipments: International shipments have a cost of $500.00 pesos and the delivery period is 15 to 20 business days. Verify your personal data well so as not to generate setbacks in your shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Each customer is responsible for making the payment of shipping in case of any exchange or return, unless we have made an error in the order.
